SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
Orders ship via Canada Post or other carriers as selected at checkout. Standard delivery is typically 3–10 business days depending on location. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Little Bowie is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
United States Shipping
We ship to the United States. Delivery times may vary by location and carrier. All customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees assessed by U.S. authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer. Little Bowie is not responsible for these charges or for delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. If this occurs, customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, the following terms apply:
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you believe your item is defective or has a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the concern.
Once reviewed, a prepaid return label will be provided if required. Items must be returned to us and received for inspection before any replacement or refund is issued.
Replacements are issued only after the original items have been received and inspected Failure to return items may result in denial of replacement or refund.
Items must be returned in the condition received, including all components, for proper assessment.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items (including undergarments, swimwear, and sale/clearance products) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@littlebowie.ca. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective, in which case a prepaid return label will be provided.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered if stock is available. Otherwise, a refund will be issued once the return has been received and inspected.
Little Bowie reserves the right to require the return of items for quality inspection prior to issuing any replacements or refunds.
